If you’re seeking heavy-duty, non-slip soles that last then Vibram is what you need. They can be added to your shoes whether or not the original sole of your shoe was made by Vibram.
Even leather-soled shoes can be upgraded to add Vibram rubber soles. Not only will you get better traction to prevent slipping, but rubber soles don’t soak through or get damaged by water the way leather soles can.
